Use of Data in Metaphor Applications Metaphor Applications collect usage data, voice recordings, and additional entered and referenced data to complete the tasks identified by the application in use. No data, except for what is necessary to continue or improve service is saved or stored by Metaphor. All data used or stored by Metaphor applications is disclosed to you in the application through privacy statements and pop-up information. In the case of the Metaphor application SayNDial, only contact name and company information is uploaded to prepare for speech recognition. This information will not be used for any other purpose than the needs of that application, further development and analysis for that application and will not be shared with 3rd parties for any purpose, except where required by law. All data stored is protected and cannot be linked to you in the event that the data is compromised. Links to Other Web Applications Metaphor Applications may contain links and contacts to server and web portion of these applications maintained by Metaphor or its business partners, or third parties. Please note that each of the web and server links to third party software may be governed by their own user agreement and privacy policy, which may be different in some respects from the Privacy Policy governing Metaphor Applications. Collection and Use of Personal Data We do not directly collect any personally-identifying information about the iPhone users of our Metaphor Applications. However, we may offer links to third party applications, through which you may provide this data which will be governed privacy policy of that application. Sharing with Third Parties Metaphor may use service providers to process requests using your personal data either entered or referenced in Metaphor Applications.  These service providers are restricted from using your personal data in any way other than for the service they are providing.  Metaphor will not share your personal data with service providers for any other purpose except that there may be occasion for Metaphor to disclose your personal data to third parties if such disclosure is required by law, to enforce its user agreement or privacy policy.
